Vintage pink and cream .....

There's a new colour challenge over at the Ribbon Girls Blog - Vintage Pinks and Creams!
The Colour Challenge Design Team have made some fabulous projects - please pop over and have a look - I am always amazed at the beautiful cards, sculptures, ornaments and stitched projects this group of super talented ladies produce and I consider it a great privilige to be on the same team!!

I made a 4inch kraft card and distressed everything with tea dye ink.  The image and papers are by Pion from my friend Jean.  I added mulberry roses, buds and leaves; 17mm tulip pattern fine cluny lace; tiny pom pom trim (adhered with 3mm doube sided sticky tape).  The pearls are cut from a small Zva pearl flourish and I added some ivory silk self adhesive hearts - all from here

There are two prizes for the winner of this colour challenge - a lavender mini ribbon kit

and from the very generous ladies at Lili of the Valley, there is a £10 voucher to spend in the online store - where you will find a brand new collection of boy stamps and some lovely sentiments!

See you soon, Mary G x
