From our home to yours .....

THIS POST HAS BEEN EDITED TO SHOW THE CARD WITH A WHITE FLOWER BECAUSE I REALISED AFTER I HAD FINISHED THE CARD AND ENTERED IT INTO THE LOTV CHALLENGE THAT IT LOOKED TOTALLY WRONG!! I used a LOTV die cut image, cut with a nestabilities and mounted onto dark green textured card.  I used a cuttlebug folder to emvboss white paper and laid a strip onto this pretty background paper from stash, then added a strip of cotton lace and some satin ribbon and bow into which I added a green round headed fancy pin.    I used a good amount of Stardust Stickles on the new Christmas sentiment from LOTV which I stamped in green ink then cut on the sizzix using good old nestabilities and made a dark green scalloped mount and I even remembered to add a double layer of sticky pads on one side to compensate for the image which was higher than the embossed background!

I used two christmas rose flowers from an artificial flower sprah, removed the centres and replaced them with stick on jewels and attached them to the card.  I then added even more stickles around all the component parts then some really nice green stick on gems in ther corners!  I will enter this into the LOTV challenge.   Ribbon, stickles, lace and pin all from here, green stick on gems from here next time)
