An easel card in shades of purple and white for the Just Magnolia challenge - I stamped onto Bockingford watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks. I feel that I am getting the hang of the inks now and prefer them to copics!
This card is for my cousin's daughter Hannah who has a birthday this week.
I used: Microdot ribbon, mother of pearl sequins, daisy guipure lace, purple daisies, pink carnations, purple cherry blossoms, Stardust Stickles and liking lilac pearls all from here and some chrysanthemum flowers and rose buds from stash. Leaves punched with my Martha Stewart punch and swirl made with a Magnolia doohickey die.
See you soon, Mary G x

Oh Mary, this is just stunning and so inspirational. I love those colours♥
Thanks so much for your comment on my blog. The granny blanket is coming along nicely, still a lot to go though. It's fascinating seeing it all come together. You must start yours, go for it :)
Have a great week.

What a cute, lovely card :)
This is such a beautiful card, thank you for entering it in the just magnolia and hanglar purple and white challenge.
I simply adore the lace that is poking out (I am a lace and ribbon fan as you well know lol), gorgeous colouring and the new flowers are to die for.
So sorry I have not visited earlier but I have been away.
