Jam Making continues ...

I'm still loving making jam and preserves but my cupboard is getting rather full so probably time to stop, apart from lots more of the Caramelised Onion Jam I made which was so delicious my family have requested more.  This week I've made raspberry jam, fig and lemon jam, plum jam and greengage jam - I'll be adding these to the summer fruits jam, blueberry and raspberry jam and the strawberry jam - oh and not forgetting the lemon curd and the lime curd in the fridge (shorter shelf life)

Thanks for looking, I'll be back later with a new card I've made and photos of some more dolly clothes I've made to practise my rusty sewing skills

These look great Mary! Do you grow some of the fruit yourself? We grow raspberries, gooseberries, blackcurrants, apples and wild strawberries, but this year the only crop that was enough for jam was raspberries and we ate them too fast to make jam ahahahah :D I love homemade jam, it's always so much nicer!
