Our challenge this week at Papertake Weekly is a sketch - I've followed sketch 86 but you can use any of the PTW sketches - there is a list at the top of the blog
I used an image from an LOTV artpad and added tiny 2mm clear crystal gems as cherries on the little cakes. I used deep purple floribunda roses which have been made from recycled cotton pulp, WOC 10 and 20mm lilac open roses, WOC white/lilac cherry blossom and a Kort & Godt lilac rolled rose .
The ribbon is 38mm bright purple organza and mauve rose seam binding. The dinky little square frame with the rose in the centre is one of our new bronze vintage style frames which has been distressed with a white paint dabber - I added more of the tiny little clear crystals to each corner and tied it on withh some natural hemp twine.
I hope you will pop over to PTW to check out the inspiration from my teamies - well worth a visit - and we look forward to seeing your cards during the week.
see you soon, Mary x
