A girlie card ....

The challenge at Papertake Weekly this week is 'Anything goes' - optional extra is to make a Mothers Day card or one for a special female'  There is a prize from LOTV for the lucky winner.  I chose to make a girlie card and used one of these very pretty die cuts from LOTV.

My flower arrangement includes a Ribbon Girl white stephanotis with diamante centre, white beaded sprigs, Wild Orchid Crafts purple trellis rose, purple/lavender blossom flowers, medium purple carnation, white tulips, two tone lilac asters

I added a magnolia swirl and finished it off with a stem cut from a white pearl and crystal branch and another two tone lilac aster.

I used white striped organza ribbon and 25mm fan flat lace.

Ribbon, lace, pearl and crystal stem, beaded sprigs and all flowers used are from here

I hope you have time to enter the challenge this week - if you're stuck for ideas, pop over to PTW and you'll be very impressed with the fabulous cards by the team.

see you soon  Mary x
