Flying flower ...

This is my very first 'artist trading card' (or card topper)   I've got loads of ideas in my head so thought I would have a go.  I used some pieces of older Pion Design papers, distressed and inked all the edges (and my fingers!!) added a scrap of buttermilk tiny ric rac, a small ivory guipure lace butterfly, Platinum Pearl liquid pearls

I would like to enter this into the Simon Says Stamp challenge  Butterfly Beauty

see you soon, Mary x

Congrats on your first ATC! And I have to say that it is a STUNNER! I really like what you did here and how your piece seems to tell a story. I thought it was so clever of you to include a postage stamp as if to indicate all the miles and adventures this butterfly has seen! And that iridescent look you gave to the butterfly's wings is incredible! You did a really amazing job and if this is the type of ATC's you create, then create on! Thanks so much for sharing your work with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
